Breakfast with some typical Trentino products is rich and varied, including local and genuine products from a short and sustainable supply chain. The main products include milk from Trentino Alto Adige, bread from Panificio Moderno, and honey from Apicoltura Girardelli.

Panificio Moderno's ‘toast’ loaf is an artisan bread, made with selected flours and sourdough. It has a crisp crust with a soft, fragrant crumb; it is perfect for spreading on butter, jam or cheese. Apicoltura Girardelli honey has several varieties, such as acacia honey, chestnut honey, wildflower honey, rhododendron honey and dandelion honey.
